FOUNDER
MR. EUGENE RAVENEL
Ravenel Realty Group was established in 2016 by local businessman Mr. Eugene Ravenel, a retired IT Financial Administrator from TECO. Mr. Ravenel earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida A&M University and an MBA from the University of Tampa.
Beyond his professional career, Mr. Ravenel dedicated over 20 years to serving youth in the Tampa area. As the founder and President of the Tampa Fastbreak Youth Basketball Program, he committed himself to supporting young people through education, athletics, and community development. His mission was rooted in faith and a desire to uplift the community.
Following his retirement, Mr. Ravenel founded Ravenel Realty in Tampa, Florida. With over 30 years of experience in real estate, he envisioned a firm built on transparency and strong client relationships. This client-first approach quickly earned the trust of the community, fostering a robust referral network and loyal client base.
Today, the team at Ravenel Realty Group upholds the values Mr. Ravenel instilled—professionalism, integrity, and a deep commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Erin Ravenel is the current owner and managing broker of Ravenel Realty Group. Her enthusiasm for real estate was developed from the bond and admiration she shared with her
late father and founding broker, Eugene Ravenel. With years of mentorship she is equipped with professionalism, high ethical standards and the determination to provide premiere customer service.
As a native of Tampa,FL, Erin understands the limitless benefits of life in the beautiful oasis she calls home, with it’s beautiful weather, a thriving economy and diverse cultural scene. Erin holds multiple skills sets with a prior background as an ICU nurse, she is prepared to handle all scenarios with a calm, but effective demeanor.
Erin takes great pride in servicing a vast and diverse community of clients. Whether you are preparing to sell a home or purchase as a first time homebuyer or investor, she customizes every client experience to ensure a successful outcome.
